Look no further than the humble nut butter and banana on toast! So simple, yet tastes divine!
Ingredients
Wholegrain/Rye Bread
Nut Butter (choose 100% nuts, no additives - peanut, almond, cashew etc)
1 Banana
1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon and/or chia seeds
Recipe
1) Toast your favourite wholegrain or rye bread and spread with a thin layer of your choice of nut butter.
2) Top with sliced banana and a sprinkle of cinnamon and/or ground chia seeds.
You can't get much of a quicker breakfast that's filling and packed with energy to get you through your busy morning!

Top Tips
If there are any ingredients that you do not like in any of the recipes, then feel free to swap them out for another food choice within the same food category (grains, beans & other legumes, fruit, veg, nuts & seeds).
You can also use frozen fruit or veg when you don’t have the fresh option.
