Frozen Berries

Ingredients

Berries of any kind - raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries etc

Recipe

1) Spread out the berries on a tray that can fit in your freezer. Leave a gap between the fruit so that they don’t stick together

2) Leave the tray of berries in your freezer for a few hours or until frozen solid.

3) Remove and enjoy as a cool snack on their own, in drinks as a replacement for ice-cubes or as a topper for one of our healthy desserts.

Top Tips

You can use other fruit such as grapes, mango, pineapple etc - anything you like really!

If there are any ingredients that you do not like in any of the recipes, then feel free to swap them out for another food choice within the same food category (grains, beans & other legumes, fruit, veg, nuts & seeds).

You can also use frozen fruit or veg when you don’t have the fresh option.

Don’t forget to keep the skins on your veg where possible for essential added fibre and nutrition.
