Choc Banana Pudding
This delicious dessert recipe makes 2 portions.
Ingredients
1 Ripe Banana
1/2 Ripe Avocado
2 tbsp Cacao or Cocoa Powder
1 tbsp Apple Sauce (See homemade Apple Sauce Recipe)
2 tbsp Chopped Nuts (Optional)
Recipe
1) Scoop out avocado flesh.
2) Place avocado and all other ingredients apart from the nuts into a food processor/high speed blender. Blend until fully combined.
3) Check consistency. Add a little water if mixture seems too solid.
Enjoy your chocolate banana pudding topped with the chopped nuts and a few additional slices of banana if you wish.
Top Tips
If there are any ingredients that you do not like in any of the recipes, then feel free to swap them out for another food choice within the same food category (grains, beans & other legumes, fruit, veg, nuts & seeds).
You can also use frozen fruit or veg when you don’t have the fresh option.
