Frozen Fruit Dippers

Frozen Fruit Dippers.png

Ingredients

Berries such as raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries etc

Recipe

1) In a microwavable jug, place a handful of berries. Warm the berries until the juices start to run out and the fruit starts to break down.

2) Into an ice cube tray, spoon out some of the fruit to fill each space in the tray, making sure you press each one down leaving no air gaps underneath.

3) When you have filled all of the cubes, place a short re-usable lolly pop stick or eco-friendly option such as a wooden cocktail stick into the middle of each cube, so that it sticks out of the top.

4) Put the ice-cube tray into the freezer for at least a few hours so that they freeze solid. Remove when frozen and pop each fruit dipper out of the tray and use to either eat as they are - a sweet, cold snack, or use them to dip into a delicious dip or sauce, such as our apple sauce or some melted dark chocolate.
