Ingredients

240ml Water

Mixer Options Include:

Strawberries or Mixed Berries
Cucumber Slices & Mint Leaves/Mint Tea Bag
Cucumber Slices & Basil Leaves
A Few Slices Fresh Beetroot
Lemon Slices & Chamomile (Dried Flowers or 1 Teabag)
Fresh Goji Berries (or Dried & Soaked In Hot Water First)

Recipe

1) Place water into a container with a lid. Add your choice of mixer and shake until fully combined. If using fresh fruit, you may wish to crush the fruit a little with the back of a fork first.

2) Leave in the fridge for at least an hour or ideally overnight to fully infuse the flavours.

3) Shake the container again before pouring out and enjoying your drink.

Top Tips

If there are any ingredients that you do not like in any of the recipes, then feel free to swap them out for another food choice within the same food category (grains, beans & other legumes, fruit, veg, nuts & seeds).

You can also use frozen fruit or veg when you don’t have the fresh option.

Don’t forget to keep the skins on your veg where possible for essential added fibre and nutrition.
