Ingredients

240ml Water
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 tbsp Natural Sweetener (see our recipes for Apple Sauce, Date Paste etc)

Recipe

1) Place all ingredients into a container with a lid. Shake until fully combined.

2) Leave in the fridge for at least an hour or ideally overnight to fully infuse the lemony flavour.

3) Shake the container again before pouring out and enjoying your drink.

Top Tips

If there are any ingredients that you do not like in any of the recipes, then feel free to swap them out for another food choice within the same food category (grains, beans & other legumes, fruit, veg, nuts & seeds).

You can also use frozen fruit or veg when you don’t have the fresh option.

Don’t forget to keep the skins on your veg where possible for essential added fibre and nutrition.
