Ingredients

240ml Water
40g Blanched Almonds

Recipe

1) Place the almonds in a lidded container with the water. Leave to soak in the fridge overnight.

2) Place the almonds and water in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.

3) Drink as it is, but if you find it a little grainy, you can pour it through a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag.

Top Tips

Store your nut milk in the fridge or freeze in smaller batches and take out of the freezer as you need it.

If there are any ingredients that you do not like in any of the recipes, then feel free to swap them out for another food choice within the same food category (grains, beans & other legumes, fruit, veg, nuts & seeds).

You can also use frozen fruit or veg when you don’t have the fresh option.

Don’t forget to keep the skins on your veg where possible for essential added fibre and nutrition.
