Cappuccino Ice Cream
This delicious dessert recipe makes 2 portions. You’ll need to pre-peel, chop and freeze the banana before attempting this recipe.
Ingredients
2 Large Ripe Banana (Chopped & Frozen)
1 tsp Instant Coffee Granules
50ml Hot Water
Recipe
1) Add 1 tsp coffee granules to 50ml hot water. Stir thoroughly and cool.
2) Place frozen chopped banana and cold coffee shot into a powerful food processor or high speed blender. Blend until fully combined and has formed a smooth consistency.
3) Add a little water if mixture seems too solid and is not blending properly.
Enjoy your cappuccino ice cream with a few additional slices of banana on top if you wish.
Top Tips
If there are any ingredients that you do not like in any of the recipes, then feel free to swap them out for another food choice within the same food category (grains, beans & other legumes, fruit, veg, nuts & seeds).
You can also use frozen fruit or veg when you don’t have the fresh option.
